Defending American Liberties, Advocating for Prison Reform, and Standing Against Wrongful Discharge.

We support individuals and families as they rebuild and heal after imprisonment stemming from hardship, injustice, and political adversity.

Every American Deserves Due Process

Due process is a fundamental right, ensuring fair treatment, a timely trial, and protection from unlawful detention. Yet, far too often, individuals are denied these constitutional guarantees, facing prolonged imprisonment, legal inequities, and systemic failures. When due process is compromised, justice is lost—and we must stand against it.

Dignified Living Conditions

While individuals within the prison system may have committed offenses, their fundamental right to humane living conditions remains uncompromised. Proper standards of care, including clean facilities, climate control, and adequate supervision, are essential to ensuring dignity, safety, and compliance with basic human rights.

Access to Medical Care

Prisoners must have timely and adequate medical attention, with doctors readily available to address emergencies and ongoing health needs throughout their sentence. Denial of proper healthcare is a serious issue that not only endangers lives but can also prevent individuals from successfully reintegrating with their families and society after serving their time. Access to care is a fundamental right, not a privilege.

Faith Behind Bars

Prison can be a time of deep reflection and repentance, making faith more essential than ever. Every American is guaranteed freedom of religion under the First Amendment, and denying this right violates the very principles our nation stands for. Faith provides hope, purpose, and a path to redemption—it is not something that should be stripped away. Of all the losses one may face in prison, their faith should never be one of them.

Mental Health Care

Rehabilitation is a core function of the prison system, yet true rehabilitation cannot occur without proper mental health care. Many incarcerated individuals struggle with underlying mental health conditions that contribute to their circumstances, making treatment essential for personal growth, accountability, and successful reintegration into society. If prisons are to fulfill their role in rehabilitation, mental health services must be prioritized—ensuring individuals leave with a stronger, healthier mindset than they had before.

Family Video Visits

As technology advances, so too should our prison systems. While phone calls have long been a means of connection, video communication offers a more personal and meaningful way for incarcerated individuals to stay connected with their loved ones. In an era where virtual communication is simple and accessible, integrating video visits into prisons would provide a deeper sense of connection, emotional support, and stability—benefiting not only those incarcerated but also the families impacted by their absence.

A constitutionally given right, taken away from the American people!

The Constitution is the foundation of American democracy, protecting the rights and freedoms of every citizen. It serves as a safeguard against government overreach, ensuring justice, due process, and individual liberties remain intact. When the Constitution is ignored or undermined, the very principles that define our nation are at risk. Defending it is not just a duty—it is essential to preserving freedom for future generations.
